Councilmember McCarthy opened the public hearing on all applications. Police Chief Dan Musselman introduced the applications and noted no items of concern. Councilmember Matthews made note that the address listed on the agenda for Petit Marche was incorrect. Applicant Natasha Greenhalgh stated that they owned two locations, the address for Petit Marche was 111 E. Aspen, the address listed on the agenda was for their other property. Councilmember Matthews asked about the prior liquor violations for Hops on Birch. Applicant Randy Duren stated that he was not aware of the violations from the prior owner and assured the Council that they had experience with liquor licenses in other areas of the state and have had no issues or violations associated with those locations. There being no public comment Councilmember McCarthy closed the public hearing. |
