Real Estate Manager Bryce Doty provided a PowerPoint presentation that covered the following: ABANDONMENT REQUEST 1400 RT. 66 VICINITY MAP AERIAL MAP PICTURES OF THE AREA SITE PLAN Councilmember Matthews asked what happened if they were outbid. Mr. Doty stated that the city had the ability to reject all bids and the contract would come back to Council for consideration. |
