Shelli Dea: Inquired about what the repairs will entail Mark Reavis: Noted that repairs will include paint repair, concrete in the entryway, and stucco repair. Duffie Westheimer: Asked for clarification on how the stucco will be applied to the building. Antoinette Beiser: Answered that the new stucco will extend to the top of the building. Emily Dale: Asked if the current sign design will go back on the building following the stucco work. Antoinette Beiser: Answered that there are plans for a sign, but that it was excluded because signs fall under a different application. Alycia Hayes: Asked for further classification on what material will be used as a wood substitute on the building. Antoinette Beiser: Answered that the material is similar to wood and used on multiple structures in the area. Mark Reavis: Clarified that the material is a composite fiber. Duffie Westheimer: Asked if colors of the building will be altered. Antoinette Beiser: Answered that colors selected will be compliant with city standards.
