A | An Annexation request from Vintage Partners and Liv Communities, LLC of approximately 1.82 acres located at 2445 S. Woody Mountain Road. The property is identified as a portion of Coconino County Assessor’s Parcel Number 112-01-019B which is approximately 13.01 acres. This annexation request is the first part of a two-part request. The second part of the request is a Direct to Ordinance Zoning Map Amendment. Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in this report, forward the Annexation request to the City Council with a recommendation for approval. Alaxandra Pucciarelli, Current Planning Manager, gave a PowerPoint presentation on the proposed Annexation and answered questions from the Commissioners. Lindsey Schube, Gammage and Burnham (representative for the applicant), Heidi Noonan , Liv Communities (applicant), and Walter Crutchfield, Vintage Partners (property owner) gave a presentation on the proposed Zoning Map Amendment.
