A | A Direct to Ordinance Zoning Map Amendment request from Vintage Partners and Liv Communities, LLC to rezone approximately 13.01 acres located at 2445 S Woody Mountain Road from the Rural Residential (RR) zone within the Resource Protection Overlay (RPO) zone to the High Density Residential (HR) zone within the RPO zone. Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in this report, forward the Direct to Ordinance Zoning Map Amendment request to the City Council with a recommendation for approval subject to the following conditions:
