Mark Reavis: Introduced the project and applicant. Noted that the building was built by the applicant's father. Enrique Valdivia (Applicant): Provided some additional information about the building and family history, noting many of the construction materials used in the building and the various uses of the building over time. Bernadette Burcham: Asked what the building is used for now and what the plans are for it in the future. Enrique Valdivia: Answered that he uses it to help house people, noting that he uses it to house veterans who struggle to pay rent. Duffie Westheimer: Asked whether Enrique would be able to identify who did what masonry work on different buildings throughout the Southside. Enrique Valdivia: Answered that he isn't sure. |
