Noted that the foundation and home addition are not included. Emily Dale: Noted that there is $5,000 in the application funding breakdown for the foundation and asked if that was incorrect. Mark Reavis: Clarified that the attached funding breakdown is incorrect and that an updated one was sent out to the commission. Karl Eberhard: Read out the updated estimate and line items - noted below. - Excavating and grading at $11,000. - Concrete and masonry at $23,900. - Utilities at $14,500. - Plumbing at $12,000. - electrical at $9,500. - Rough carpentry at $38,000. - Insulation at $9,750. - HVAC at $6,000. - drywall at $8,000. - painting at $13,000. - roofing at $9,500. - Windows and doors at $12,150. - Cabinets and countertops is $7,500. - Finish carpentry at $10,500. - Boring at $8,000. - Tile at $5,500. - Overhead and profit at $61,500 - slightly less.
