A | PZ-18-00030-02: Concept Zoning Map Amendment, requested by Miramonte Holdings, LLC., of approximately 13.49 acres located at 5531 East Cortland Boulevard from the Highway Commercial (HC), Light Industrial-Open (LI-O), and Research and Development (RD) zones to the High Density Residential (HR) zone. The development site is already located within the Resource Protection Overlay (RPO). Staff believes that the proposed Zoning Map amendment is in substantial conformance with the required findings and recommends the Planning & Zoning Commission forward the request to the City Council with a recommendation approving an amendment to the Zoning Map for 13.49 acres from the Highway Commercial (HC), Light Industrial-Open (LI-O) and Research and Development (RD) zones to the High Density (HR) zone, subject to the following conditions:
