Melinda Bell addressed Council asking that communication with surrounding neighbors continue throughout the project and ensure that the area is restored to its original condition. Walt Taylor addressed Council in support of the project and indicated that he is looking forward to the potential opportunity to access city water. Real Estate Manager Charity Lee addressed Council stating that she has been working with surrounding property owners to discuss their concerns and maintaining good communication. Community Development Director Dan Folke explained that there will be a final walk-through with the property owner before there is a final sign-off of the project. |
