3.   Recommended Protocol for Members and Other Participants

All commissioners should have their microphones on mute to keep the background noise out of the chat room. The chair of the meeting should ensure everyone has an opportunity to speak if they would like. Commissioners should use the chat function to inform the Chair they would like to make a statement and the Chair will announce the Commissioners to speak in the order they appear in the chat. 
 
4.   Public Participation

The Commission cannot act upon items presented during the Public Participation portion of the Agenda. Individual Commission members may ask questions of the public but are prohibited by the Open Meeting Law from discussion or considering the item among themselves until the item is officially placed on the Agenda. Each public comment or presentation will be limited to five (5) minutes.

A.   Jamey Hasapis to present information on: 2021 AARP Livable Communities Workshop: Engaging Older Adults-Why it's Good for the Community. 
 
B.   Jamey Hasapis: Address Accessibility to home's for differently abled person's in flood areas due to barriers being in place.

A.   Alan Keay Human Resource Manager will present on how Human Resources ensures that people who are differently abled are represented as City of Flagstaff employees in November's meeting

A.   Martin Ince, Mobility Project Manager: Presentation about the Active Transportation Master Plan
 
B.   Jenny Niemann, Climate Program Manager, City of Flagstaff to present: Advancing Resilience in Flagstaff. Also, will introduce the NAU Climate Science and Solutions Graduate Program students,
 
 
C.   Discussion on Flagstaff Police Department Presentation from the August Meeting.Vice Chair Russell Randall had two questions regarding the percentage of training for crisis intervention training and mental health courses from the Flagstaff P.D. Requesting a Q&A Session with Flagstaff PD to be scheduled at a later date.
