Findings:
Approved a Certificate of No Effect. A previous HPC review project that involved a larger expansion. Project was limited to interior rehab and the addition of a compatible front porch & roof w some compatible front facade fenestration changes. A positive effect to improve a plane 1970s duplex with a Certificate of No Effect.
