Findings:
Approved with conditions. Review was for site plan, configuration appears to be appropriate. Condition regarding facade design of primary building for compatibility adjacent to Southside District.
Information:
Historic Resources on the property have been inventoried by the US Army Corps of Engineers and an Memorandum of Agreement has been negotiated with SHPO. HPO is working with selected artists of installation location and thematic aspects of Southside.
