Findings:
Property had been looked at for multiple developments, HPO had determined that a Phase 2 Cultural Resource Study would be required. Owner proceeded with asbestos abetment that included the demolition of windows. A Phase 2 is no longer possible, working with owner and their agent to determine appropriate CRS and mitigation.
