Findings:
Approved with Conditions. Project to rehabilitate storefront and large gutted interior of existing historic building. Storefront has been extensively modified, condition called out for the facade to be consistent with others starting from Aspen to proposed building with horizontal line provided and storefront compatibility.
Information:
Further design review during Site Plan may be referred to the Commission. Property has had at least 2 previous design reviews approved by the Heritage Preservation Commission in 2017 and 2019. Neither were constructed or are moving forward at this time.
