Findings:
No documentation on original window with replacement window replacing formerly windows that were also not original. Without documentation of original windows, owner determination was accepted that the style being installed was more in keeping with the architectural style of the building.
Information:
Extensive problems with saleperson for the window company in not providing requested information. The HPO ultimately had to work with homeowners to get information. This company has had regular issues with Heritage Preservation compliance and will have future projects returned for corrections, if not complete.
