Findings:
Applicant has indicated that Unit #4 (on alley) of 50 + years of age was determined to be non-contributing to the various structures located on the property at 314 N Beaver. Submission narrative letter indicates heritage review of non-contributing clearance, documentation was not submitted. HPO is awaiting documentation and has notified applicant in review.
