At this time, any member of the public may address the Commission on any subject within their jurisdiction that is not scheduled before the Commission on that day. Due to Open Meeting Laws, the Commission cannot discuss or act on items presented during this portion of the agenda. To address the Commission on an item that is on the agenda, please wait for the Chair to call for Public Comment at the time the item is heard.
 
4.   APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the minutes from the meeting on October 28, 2020.
 
5.   GENERAL BUSINESS
 
A.   Consideration and Recommendation of Ordinance  No.2020-29:  An ordinance abandoning and authorizing the sale of approximately 1,200 square feet of public right-of-way adjacent to 4013 S. Holland Road. Click this link to view Agenda Item
 
  STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:  
 
  Staff recommends the Planning & Zoning Commission provide a recommendation supporting the proposed abadonment and sale of excess public right-of-way.  City Code requires a recommendation from the Planning Commission on petitions to abandon public right-of-way.
 
6.   OTHER BUSINESS
 
A.   Consideration and Approval of Preliminary Plat
The Estates at Pine Canyon Pine Bluff PZ-19-00099-02
TLC PC Golf requests Preliminary Plat approval for The Estates at Pine Canyon Pine Bluff located at 2080 E. Del Rae Dr., a single-family home subdivision on 17.5 acres in the R1 (Single Family Residential) Zone.

  STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:  
 
 
Staff recommends the Planning & Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in this report, forward the Preliminary Plat to the City Council with a recommendation of approval.
